Govenor Veto's HJR 1003

Ok, you Okies out there. What is wrong here when the Govenor Veto's HJR 1003 to send a message to the Federal Government that Oklahoma is delcaring Soverienty Under our 10th Ammendment Rights!

Stand up, write the Govenor and be heard! No time to waste!
